Facilities Technician

Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position provides installation, removal, or repair of soft. Customer satisfaction is accomplished by delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to The Villages core ideology
Follow all service / production/ safety procedures
Perform Maintenance duties in buildings and warehouses
Clean up and maintain work area
Perform installation and maintenance of equipment
Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed
Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of small machinery as needed
Perform light sweeps on all facilities as needed
Ensure the safe operation of all equipment
Maintains outside grounds areas at production facility

Education/Experience Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company standards
